One of our favourite quick suppers. It’s so simple to make, healthy, and tastes delicious.

  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 60 g uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups water
